OBEDIENCE CLASSES
In this class you will learn to teach your dog: Sit, Down, Stay, Wait, Take it, Leave it, Drop it, Loose Leash Walking and Come. You will also learn how to properly socialize your dogs with other dogs and people among other tips and tricks! Loose Leash Walking seminars also available.

This class builds on the techniques used in Beginner/Puppy. You will learn how to increase distance, duration and distractions as well as: Stand, Heeling, Goto (bed, kennel, etc). Your dog will learn to obey your commands reliably.

S.B.O. ADVANCED CLASS
In this class you should be well on your way to learning how to control your dog off leash. We will play games using everything you have learned previously in Beginner/Intermediate. We will learn how to back up, jump through hoops/over hurdles, weave, etc.

PRIVATE LESSONS
Private lesson in your home. This is only recommended if you cannot attend group class as socialization is vital for a well balanced and obedient dog.
Schedule a time with April and we will work on the most important issues needing to be addressed utilizing the same skills presented in the puppy beginning class.

GRUMPY DOG EVALUATION
Very grumpy dogs can come for an evaluation where the owner will be instructed how to help their dog gain confidence in them as pack leaders & in themselves to become Happy & Confident!
Evaluations are on Mon/Thurs and include a full day at Support Therapy Playcare.

Prison Peeps2Pups K9 Connection
In partnership with Southern New Mexico Correctional Facility, April helps the pups and inmates learn basic Socialization, Behavioral & Obedience skills. As well as teachng the basic SBO skills, April also incorporates positive energy medicine for both the inmate and pups.
Through the instruction of positive energy both inmate and pup can find ways to work through their stress, anxiety and other symptom inflicting them. Once the inmate recognizes the innate ability of the K9 to sense energy of it's handler, the healing can begin.
